| As an important strategic resource to realize national rejuvenation and win the initiative in the international market,talents are of great significance to the economic development of the country and society.Especially under the background of COVID-19 Pandemic,the construction industry is accelerating into the process of survival of the fittest and industry reshuffle,and construction enterprises pay more and more attention to the cultivation and reserve of technical talents.As the key human resources for the development of construction enterprises,engineering and technical personnel should reserve high-quality and high-capacity engineering and technical personnel,so as to ensure the engineering and technical level and long-term competitiveness of construction enterprises.H construction company adopts the training mode of leadership unified management,unified design and planning,unified management standards for technical personnel training.It is expected that the professional level of engineering and technical personnel can be improved by adopting the training scheme in line with the actual situation of the company,which can be transformed into productivity,improve the performance of the enterprise,and then help the enterprise adapt to the increasingly competitive market environment.On the basis of consulting the existing relevant research results,this paper summarizes the PDCA theory,OTP theoretical model,and the related research content at home and abroad.On this basis,taking the engineering and technical personnel training of H construction company as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the engineering and technical personnel training of H construction company by means of field interview and questionnaire survey,and then empirically analyzes the key factors influencing the training effect of H construction company by using statistical analysis,Analytic Hierarchy Process and other methods.The results show that the subjective initiative of individual factors has the greatest impact on the training effect,followed by organizational factors and task factors.Finally,according to the above research results,the paper puts forward the optimization suggestions of H company’s engineering and technical personnel training program: in terms of organizational factors,the company’s management should really pay attention to the training work from top to bottom,formulate reasonable and effective training plans,establish and improve the training effect evaluation system,smooth the information feedback channel of grass-roots engineering and technical personnel,comprehensively implement the fault-tolerant mechanism,and establish the training system In terms of task factors,we should analyze training needs from multiple aspects to formulate training contents,design training courses delicately,adopt online and offline training methods,and strengthen the construction of lecturer team;in terms of personal factors,we should arrange training time and place reasonably,and establish an effective incentive mechanism for training achievement transformation. |
