Design Research On The Renewal And Reconstruction Of Siheyuan Under The Influence Of Contemporary Architectural Media

There are still a large number of quadrangles in the old city of Beijing which need to be renovated,and the traditional renewal model and thought do not adapt to the policy of "micro renewal and microcirculation",and most of the independent reform is lack of guidance.Relying on construction media to build platforms,and shaping quadrangles transformation paradigm for quadrangle renewal problems are adaptive.Under this background,taking the old city of Beijing as the research scope and the quadrangle as the research object,the research on the renovation design of the old city quadrangles in the old city of Beijing is carried out from the perspective of the architectural media.The main content is divided into three parts.The first part is the second chapter.It mainly discusses the history of the renovation of the quadrangles in the old city of Beijing.First,the relationship between the reconstruction of the quadrangle and the historical development of the building media in the old city of Beijing is combed,and the influence of the architectural media to the quadrangle is more and more involved.Then,it analyzes and summarizes the renewal and transformation model of the quadrangle,including the government led renewal and transformation,the renewal and transformation dominated by the main body,the spontaneous transformation of the residents of the quadrangle and the multi-party transformation relying on the media platform.And put forward the existing problems of the old city quadrangles in Beijing,and the pertinence of the study from the perspective of the architectural media;the second part is the 3,4 and 5 chapters,which is the core part of this article.Through the selection of more than 30 transformation projects,five types of spatial transformation of data collection,field research and residents interview,the horizontal transmission process is analyzed and studied.From the three aspects of propagation motivation,communication process and influence evaluation of communication.It also analyzes the role of the government,the developers,the owners,the architects,the residents and the other public in the operation and operation level and the level of space transformation.The third part is the sixth chapter.According to the longitudinal and horizontal analysis,we rethink the two aspects of the construction media and the contemporary Beijing old city quadrangle renovation design,and then put forward the design strategy of the quadrangle renewal and transformation under the influence of the architectural media,including the operation and operation strategy and the space transformation strategy,and apply it to the reform practice of the quadrangle in Fuxiang Hutong.The research results of this paper include three aspects.1,The relationship between the renovation of the quadrangle courtyard in the old city of Beijing and the development of the building media and the model of the renovation of the quadrangle are carried out in the longitudinal direction,which lays the foundation for the analysis of the renovation and renovation of the old city courtyard of Beijing under the influence of contemporary architectural media.2,Combined with specific data collection,investigation and interview,the lateral process of communication motivation,communication process and communication impact assessment is interpreted objectively,and the strategy of rethinking and renovation of the old city quadrangles in Beijing under the influence of architectural media,including two aspects of operation and operation and space transformation.3,Through the participation of the whole process of Fuxiang Hutong quadrangle transformation project,the strategy is applied to the project for specific explanation.
