China is a mountainous country,both mountain area and mountain city occupy an important proportion.Mountain city is a kind of human living environment with complex geological 、 geomorphology and strong urban fragility.The construction and development of mountain cities have their own particularity and regularity.Because of the special structure of the terrain,when the earthquake occurs,the mountain cities will suffer greater losses than the cities in the plain.Therefore,the earthquake resistant function of mountain cities has been gradually paid attention to,and it has become a hot research topic in recent years.Urban disaster prevention rely on disaster prevention system,and city parks play an important role in the system.In the mountain cities,parks are affected by the special terrain environment,which not only have difficulties in constructing the earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability,and leads to many deficiencies in exsiting park,but also earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability can not be fully exploited.Therefore,an evaluation system setted up for the earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability of the park in mountain cities can help us to find out the deficiencies of the existing parks in mountainous cities practically and pertinent.This is of great practical value to the construction and improvement of parks in mountain cities.Based on the existing research,combined with the actual investigation of the park in Chongqing,the influencing factors of the park in mountainous city are analyzed in depth.Four aspects that affect the earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability of the park in mountain cities,they are accessibility,effectiveness,safety and service.These four aspects include 25 influencing factors.Through the analysis of AHP,the park on earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability system in mountain cities is constructed.The evaluation system,data analysis and field investigation were carried out for five parks with obvious mountainous terrain characteristics in Chongqing,and the earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability function evaluation was carried out.According to the analysis of the evaluation results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)According to the weight calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the accessibility and effectiveness of the parks in mountainous cities take a larger proportion,followed by safety,service in the last.(2)According to the established evaluation system,through Yaahp,GIS,Auto CAD and other software calculation,combined with the author’s field research and interviews with park managers,we conducted an evaluation on earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability of 5 parks in Chongqing.The evaluation results show that the longtousi Park and Bijin park had the highest scores,earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability are good.HuaHuiyuan,Shapingba Park and Ba Culture Park got low scores,earthquake disaster and disaster adaptability are medium.(3)According to the analysis of the evaluation results,we put forward optimization strategies for the earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability functions of the parks in mountainous cities,so as to provide references for the future research and standard establishment of the parks on earthquake resistance and disaster adaptability in mountainous cities.
