Yunnan Province has complex geological formations, recent crustal movements more strongly. strong earthquake often happened along the tectonic lines or major fracture zone.Kunming Located near the Xiaojiang Fault and the fault-sunken-zone of Lake Dianchi area, Kunming is directly influenced and threatened by the earthquake activity of the earthquake zone.Over the past 10 years, the Kunming city road traffic,housing and population distribution are becoming more intensive. many important road traffic, production and living facilities located in the Kunming basin,which distributing a large number of Weak foundation.The problem becoming Growing concerned by urban disaster prevention and mitigation researchers, which earthquake weak foundation of the flow and liquid damaged to the city and the production.The main achievement of this study could be summarized as following:1 Discussed the Regional tectonic and Geological characteristics of Kunming basin.Given the reference value of each layer's Physics mechanics parameters;2 Given the congression equation of shear wave velocity and the depth of layer;3 Established The Ground liquefaction estimation Database and The Disaster Prevention Mitigation Digital map Database for Kunming basin;4 Given The largest acceleration,The largest level speed,The largest level relative displacement of different Fault and different Earthquake sources. Offer a new method that using the distribution of ground motion parameters as the evidence to seismic design of engineering and disaster prevention;5 Researched the Secondary disasters and liquefaction estimation Model for Kunming basin,Given the flow chart for liquefaction estimation. What's more,The author developed the liquefaction estimation program based on database management and GIS,which used Delphi7.0 and Map Objects 2.2 as GIS second development tools;6 Given the Kunming basin distribution of Road network Seismic Risk;...
