Study On The Optimization Of Landscape Space In Xi’an Traffic Station Square

The city’s traffic station as a window of the city is related to the overall image of the city.With the development of the city,traffic stations occupy an increasingly important position in the urban traffic space.In the rapid development of many cities,there is a lack of unified planning and design of the square in front of the station building of the traffic station,resulting in congestion in the traffic stations of many cities,irrational routes for people and vehicles,too little vegetation in the landscape space,and overall messiness.The phenomenon.Especially in the rapid development of the city today,the landscape space design of the station square in front of the traffic station is not able to keep up with the development of the city and has not received attention.As a historic city with unique culture,Xi’an’s main downtown area is developing rapidly.However,the design of the station square in front of the traffic station is stagnant.The demand for the station square landscape is far higher than the current development of the station square itself.The landscape design of the square in front of the station of the traffic station is related to the overall image of the city.The design of the landscape space of Xi’an’s transportation station station front square such as Xi’an Railway Station,Xi’an South Railway Station is not satisfactory.There are numerous traffic stations in Xi’an,and the optimal design of the landscape space in front of the station in Xi’an Transportation Station is imminent.This paper investigates the status quo of Xi’an’s current station building in front of the station,reviews and researches relevant domestic and foreign guidance documents and classic cases,and draws on excellent design ideas,and follows the principles of people-oriented,regional and cultural importance,and the coordination of landscapeand surroundings.Instances of Xi’an Station were reconstructed and effective design elements were extracted.From the aspects of overall layout,traffic,landscape,etc.,appropriate optimization design suggestions and transformation scheme countermeasures were proposed for traffic stations in Xi’an.It is intended to make Xi’an’s traffic station a city gateway that can embody regional culture and integrate with modernity.
