In the voice of "energy saving and emission reduction" in China,In the case of the urgent need to form a higher standard of residential building energy efficiency,Xi'an area began to drew up the 75% standard for residential building energy conservation.Based on the climate characteristics of Xi'an,this paper mainly analyzes the aspects of the thermal performance of the enclosure structure,the efficiency of equipment and the utilization of solar-heated water systems,so as to lay a foundation for the establishment of the higher energy saving rate standard of residential buildings in Xi'an.First of all,the author makes a statistical survey on the residential building information of the 65% standards of energy saving in Xi'an,and extracts more than 200 energy saving records of residential buildings as an effective data sample,and analyses the energy saving technical characteristics of residential buildings in Xi'an.The author also carried out a field investigation to the manufacturers of doors and windows in Xi'an,to understand the more advanced energy saving technology level of the current enclosure structure,and to explore the possibility of achieving a higher level of energy saving.Secondly,Based on the basis of literature research,the index of heat consumption and the efficiency limit of heating equipment were determined;The quantitative relationship between exterior wall,roof,outer window and building heating energy consumption is analyzed.Through the comparison and optimization of different combination schemes,the limit of heat transfer coefficient of the exterior wall,roof andouter window of residential buildings in the 75% energy saving design is determined.Thirdly,some representative forms of exterior wall and roof are selected in this paper,and the minimum thickness of different thermal insulation materials is calculated to meet the limit of the heat transfer coefficient;The author also provides some reference structures that can meet the limit of external window heat transfer coefficient,so that designers can choose and judge;Through the energy saving design of the actual project,it is proved that the limit values are reasonable and feasible.The last but not least,based on the climate characteristics of Xi'an area,the energy saving contribution rate of solar water heating system is confirmed by case study,and the conclusion is drawn: Xi'an area should adopt the renewable energy utilization technology such as solar energy hot water system,and the efficiency of the heat collecting equipment and the loss efficiency of the water storage equipment need to meet certain conditions.
