Building a resource-saving society is an important strategy for the realization of sustainable development in China,and the current severe energy situation forces us to take effective measures to save energy.In northern China,the heating energy makes up almost a quarter of the total building energy consumption,therefore,there is a great potential of energy-saving in this area and the building of a resource-saving society has always been essential in energy-saving work.China has carried out building energy conservation work for nearly 30 years,the development of building energy efficiency in China has entered the fourth stage where an extra 30% of energy saving will be reached based on the current 65% to achieve the goal of overall 75% energy saving.This article takes 56 typical residential buildings in Fuxin area as calculation models,and make a reference of 75% building energy-saving design standards from other areas(Beijing,Xinjiang,Jilin etc.)combining the results of the transformation of the heat source circle pipe net in Fuxin area to analyze residential building 75% energy saving design in the index of heat loss of building and heat transfer coefficient of the maintenance of the structure.We can achieve the fourth stage by improving the efficiency of the boiler,the heat transfer efficiency of the outdoor pipe network and reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope.This study was conducted by internet and field researching and analyzing the 75%energy-saving design standards in other areas to achieve the 75% energy-saving in Fuxin.We also present the recommended value for limit value of the heat transfer coefficient of the structure maintenance and the index of heat loss of building by calculating 56 architectural models in Fuxin and combining with the actual construction of the outer structure of the construction and commonly used insulation materials in Fuxin to provide different combinations of the construction to meet the 75% energy saving design of the outer envelope structure.The 65% and 75% energy-saving design costs are calculated respectively.The economic analysis of 75% energy saving of residential building in Fuxin area was carried out.The above results provide a reference for the energy-saving design of the residential buildings in Fuxin area,and can be designed to promote the energy saving of Fuxin to other cold I(C)areas.
