The design and manufacturing level of centrifugal compressor is one of the important symbols of the national level of industrialization,and the design of advanced compressor is monopolized by several companies in developed countries for a long time,which greatly limits the development of related industrial enterprises in our country.Therefore,the power of advanced compressor manufacturing is once known as the "weight of the country".With the progress of modern industrial level in China,the demand for high efficiency and high reliability compressor is becoming more and more important in petrochemical,aerospace and military industry.It is of great significance to break the state of monopoly of advanced compressor equipment by foreign giants and realize the localization of core equipment for the realization of "China manufacturing 2025".The impeller is the core equipment of the centrifugal compressor,and the blade is the key part of the centrifugal compressor.In the design of the impeller,the addition of the splitter blade can improve the power and stability of the impeller,so more and more impeller starts to add the splitter blade.At present,most of the splitter blades are located in the middle of the two main blade,but considering the different flow conditions on both sides of the splitter blade,this arrangement is not the best scheme.Therefore,this paper takes the semi open centrifugal compressor with a splitter blade as the research object and uses the CFD numerical simulation method to explore the basic flow law of its internal flow.Different centrifugal impeller is designed by changing the relative position of the main blade and the splitter blade.By comparing the numerical simulation results,the influence of the position of the splitter blade on the performance of the centrifugal compressor and the impeller stress is analyzed.This study mainly includes two parts:The first part mainly studies the influence of the circumferential position of the splitter blades and the tip clearance of impeller on the performance of the semi open centrifugal compressor.Different impeller design schemes are obtained by changing the position of the splitter blades and tip clearance.Through steady and unsteady simulation,the change of the flow field inside the compressor stage and the interference of the impeller and the diffuser are analyzed.The static analysis of impeller blades and diffuser vanes is carried out.The stress changes of compressor after changing the position of splitter blades are obtained.The second part mainly uses MATLAB to write the performance analysis program of one dimension compressor based on the total pressure loss model,and verifies the accuracy of the program.Finally,based on the results of one-dimensional analysis program,the effect of inlet position of splitter blades on impeller efficiency is qualitatively analyzed.
