| In 2015,the State has promulgated Electricity Market Reform Act and attached files which started the prelude of a new round of electricity market reform on the sales side.A large number of electricity retailers have established one after another and get involved in competition in market-oriented transaction with the process of the reform keeping opening up.Electricity retailers have to face the pressure coming from their competitors,users and market policy mechanisms in the market-competitive environment.The construction of China’s power-supply-side power market has just started and there are few operational experiences for electricity retailers,and the prospect is not clear,either.This dissertation based on the more mature electricity transaction in Yunnan as the research background combined with the mature operating experience of foreign electricity retailers and addresses key issues such as the evaluation of market competitiveness of power sales companies and their promotion approaches,from the competitiveness evaluation system and market of power sales companies.Electricity price forecasting,power distribution strategy and operation mode of power sales companies,etc.The research on power purchase and sales strategies and operating models of power sales companies under the power market environment are carried out.The main contents are as follows:(1)Competitiveness evaluation of electricity retailers in the power market environment: it analyzes the source of competition that the electricity retailers face in the market and discusses the concept and attributes of the competitiveness of electricity retailers.The paper an analyzes the key factors influencing the competitiveness of electricity retailers and constructing the hierarchical structure and establishing the evaluation index system from three aspects: Management Ability,Information Level and Service Ability.Meanwhile,the evaluation index system is divided into three catalogs according to their performance in the market: front-office-competitiveness,core productivity-competitiveness and corecompetitiveness.Finally,it summarizes and reviews the common methods of competitiveness and takes advantage of AHP to evaluate the competitiveness of the electricity retailer;(2)Electricity price-forecasting based on the buffered-operator and GM(1,1)model: Firstly,it discusses the disturbance of the electricity price and its impact on market behavior data,and a practical buffer operator was proposed to dilute or even eliminate such impact.Afterwards,the grey prediction model is used for long-term electricity price forecasting;Eventually,it demonstrates the usefulness of the buffer operator in improving the smoothness of the data sequence and the accuracy of the forecasting through case study,which is potential for strengthening the competitiveness of the electricity retailers.(3)Research on power distribution strategy and operation model of electricity retailers: It summarizes the different allocation strategies used during the process of power allocation in the basic service of the electricity retailers and their respective characteristics and applicable occasions;Finally,from the perspective of the competitiveness of value-added services of electricity retailers,it sums up the operating models of foreign mature electricity retailers.With the insight into the current operation model running within the domestic electricity retailers,it provides a reference for the development of the electricity retailers. |
