Research On The Responsible Engineering Design

As the core of engineering activities,engineering design has always been the focus area of engineering ethics research.Although previous studies from different angles expounds the relationship between engineering and ethics,but in the research field of engineering design in the research is relatively lack of responsibility,Therefore,in the course of rapid development of modern society,it is impossible to effectively eliminate all kinds of negative effects caused by artificial objects of engineering design.In this regard,along the ethical direction of engineering design,this paper will combine responsibility and engineering design to study responsible engineering design.In this paper,the responsible engineering design research is based on people and technology,the standpoint of the joint along the route of phenomenological perspective of ethics,hope that through this approach to realize responsibility of engineering design to allow for the our current and future engineering design will provide theory guide practice better.In practice,we hope to make the project design toward the good result,and provide constructive thinking for the correct understanding and processing of the relationship between design and human,design and society,design and nature.The main content of this paper is to systematically understand and study the responsible engineering design,which can be divided into two modules.First,ethical engineering design.Firstly from engineering technology development in the evolution of the concept of responsibility,found that the plight of traditional responsibility ethics Angle of view,and from the IHDE postphenomenological analysis about the relationship of the people-technology-world,to find a joint which based on man-technology postphenomenological new ethics;Secondly,by demonstrating the moral relevance of the design,it is shown that in the new entity with the combination of human and technology,the design,as part of the main body of moral activity,is also related to morality.This paper argues that engineering design is a process of moral materialization.Second,responsibility in engineering design.Based on the analysis standpoint of man-tech joint,responsible engineering design can be realized from the three paths of design adjustment,design construction evaluation and design moral imagination.Reflected in practice engineering design responsibility compared with the responsibility of the past,from the external,one-dimensional,the responsibility of the suspended development has become a kind of positive,cooperative,and the responsibility of the materialized.
