Based on the requests of both low carbbon lifestyle and envirnmental protestation,many countries have promulgated a timetable to suspend the production and sale of traditional fuel vehicle.Driven by globalization,Chinese government announced to begin the research to establish this timetable in September 2017,which means that new energy automobile especially electric vehicle would become a trend in people‘s daily life,logistics field as well.Compared with fuel vehicle and based on the current technical level,electric vehicle has following features: 1)“the anxiety of mileage" which is caused by the limitation of battery capacity;2)long charging time;3)the nonlinearity of power consumption which is influenced by speed,road slope,vehicle load,etc.Those features mentioned above limit the production and the using of electric vehicle which should be considered during the process of logistics distribution by using electric vehicle.Firstly,this article used the transfer process among mechanical energy,power energy and battery energy to establish a nonlinear power consumption about speed,road slope and vehicle load.Then,based on the current typical electric vehicle path planning model,this article also considered the nonlinear power consumption,the customer time window,the vehicle load constraints and number constraints and reached the E-CVRPTW model.In addition,this article also established an E-FSMTWC model to increase its economic value by using heterogeneous fleet.This article used Guangdong Y company's dairy distribution under normal temperature in Baiyun distric as an example,came with following conclusions: 1)compared with fuel vehicle,using electric vehicle can save 37.2% of the distribution cost,annual cost savings can be up to ?326,000.2)Based on the analysis of 6 mainstream electronic vehicles,the research has shown that the delivery cost of these vehicles can vary as much as 60%.The delivery costs primarily depend on the model of the electronic vehicles.Among these specifications,Loading and battery capacities are prioritized when enterprises purchase electronic vehicles.3)Electricity consumption models have substantial impact on delivery planning.Enterprises can be beneficiated from uneven Electricity consumption models to propose more legitimate routes planning.4)By employing hybrid vehicle models,enterprises can further reduce delivery expenses,9.7% comparing with traditional vehicle based on one unit which equals to roughly ?53,000 per year.With the emerging of electric vehicles,these conclusions can provide constructive advices for enterprises' delivery vehicle selections.By rationalizing route planning,the delivery expenses can be reduced.
