A group is a private equipment manufacturing enterprise established in 2006,mainly engaged in the development and manufacture of non standard automatic production equipment,semi-automatic,automatic production line design,manufacturing and corresponding control software,manufacturing execution system(MES system)and other professional development.Its core business is the manufacture of lithium battery production equipment.This paper,starting with the environment analysis of A group automation equipment manufacturing business,through the general environment analysis(PEST),market and competition environment analysis,competitive group analysis,internal resource ability analysis,analysis of "made in China 2025","new energy car curve overtaking",system Driven by comprehensive factors such as transformation and upgrading,consumer electronic products demand increase and so on,the scale of automation equipment manufacturing industry is growing,and the market prospects are wide.The key success factors of industry include market,product,price,quality,delivery and service.The core competes of A group equipment manufacturing business include R & D capability,production capacity,cost control ability,information management ability,new customer development ability and service ability.In this paper,the strategic commitment of A group automation equipment manufacturing business is clarified by SWOT analysis,and "differentiation strategy" is selected as the competitive strategy of A group.Its business is "the core business of lithium battery equipment manufacturing,automatic production equipment for auto parts and automatic production of wearable intelligent products." The design and manufacture of the equipment will make a good foundation for the diversified customer industry in the future.The target market is "based on the existing customers,based on the battery equipment in the Pearl River Delta,speeding up the research and development of the power battery production equipment and opening the industry popularity." Through the value chain analysis tool,the value chain activity diagram of A group equipment manufacturing business is drawn,and the competitive advantage of A group equipment manufacturing business is constructed from several aspects,such as marketing activities,R & D design activities,cost activities,production activities,service activities and so on.This paper also put forward the recent strategic target of 2020 annual sales revenue over 1 billion 600 million yuan for the A group equipment manufacturing business.The medium term target set for 2025 sales revenue exceeded 2 billion 500 million yuan,became the top three of the industry of lithium battery equipment,and plan to be listed on the gem.The long-term strategic goal was set to be the top three in Asia in 2030,and become world famous companies.This paper also puts forward several key suggestions on the realization of the medium term and long-term strategic objectives,and puts forward the key implementation strategy and implementation guarantee measures for the realization of the recent strategic objectives.
