The Research On The Competitive Strategy And Its Way Of Carrying Out Of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port Under Supply Chain Management

Port,as an important window of China’s opening to the outside world,is an important node of the comprehensive transport system and an important hub for the communication of domestic and foreign economic and trade exchanges.With the continuous development and transformation of the current economy,the number and scale of ports in China have been greatly improved.Located on the southwest coast of China,Guangxi is one of the places where the ancient "Maritime Silk Road" originated.The Beibu gulf port in the region has developed rapidly in recent years,and its cargo handling capacity has reached a level of 100 million tons.As an emerging port,it has its advantages in infrastructure construction and planning,and the construction of New western land-sea corridor also provides a golden opportunity for the development of Beibu gulf port.However,compared with other excellent ports,there is still a gap between the overall size and development quality of Beibu gulf port,and there are prominent problems such as not obvious benefit of port scale and not high level of comprehensive logistics and transportation.Therefore,to study the development,competition and cooperation of Beibu gulf port,and to explore the competitive strategy and realization path in line with the reality of the port from the perspective of supply chain management,is not only an important part of the development strategy of Beibu gulf port,but also an important subject of the construction planning of New western land-sea corridor.Firstly,from the theory of competitive strategy and supply chain management,the connotation of port competitive strategy is scientifically and reasonably explored.Secondly,it comprehensively analyzes the development status and environment of Beibu gulf port under the background of "the Beltand Road Initiative" and the construction of New western land-sea corridor,and holds the development direction and characteristics of Beibu gulf port.Thirdly,according to the factors affecting the comprehensive competitiveness of ports,the evaluation index system of the comprehensive competitiveness of Beibu gulf port is established,and the entropy weight analytic hierarchy process is used to make a comparative analysis with the surrounding competitive ports.Finally,the competitive strategy of Beibu gulf port is analyzed from the perspective of supply chain management,and explore the way to realize the development of port competition.
