With the rapid development of the times,supply chain management services have increasingly become an important force to promote the high-quality development of the national economy.In 2017,Chinese government officially listed supply chain management service into the category of business services in the national economy,and classified it as "Three Emerging Industries",new industries,new formats and new business models,providing an important position and opportunity of epoch-making significance for the scientific,healthy and sustainable development of supply chain management service.The government has issued a series of supporting documents,providing comprehensive policy support,taking supply chain management service as the starting point,promoting supply-side structural reform,cultivating the world’s leading supply chain enterprises,and building a smart supply chain system covering key industries across the country.Both the national "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" and the report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should accelerate the construction of a powerful trading country and build an independent,controllable,safe and efficient industrial chain and supply chain.As a supply chain management service enterprise under the main infrastructure sector of the country,it is urgent to carry out competitive strategy research,remain invincible in the market,be a good leader of domestic and foreign dual-cycle,and make positive contributions to the supply chain construction of the country and enterprises in the unprecedented changes in a century.This thesis studies the competitive strategy of W Company through the classical competitive strategy research ideas,methods and tools.The writer have consulted a large number of documents and materials,and studied relevant theories,documents and industry;Based on the characteristics of W Company,which takes the infrastructure industry as its main market and takes building materials and equipment as its business scope,this thesis expounds and analyzes the development status and existing problems of the enterprise;Conduct external environment analysis through PEST analysis,five-force model and competitor analysis framework;Apply value chain analysis,VRIO model and benchmarking analysis to carry out internal environment analysis;To sum up,SWOT analysis,questionnaire and other methods were used to clearly and accurately list the key influencing factors of the internal and external environment,and realistically confirmed that W Company is in the quadrant of opportunity greater than threat,and advantages equal to disadvantages,so as to draw the strategy of developing and reversing at the same time;State the company’s strategy and business objectives,and use the QSPM matrix to analyze and conclude that W company should adopt the cost centralization strategy;According to the method of combining theory with practice,a five-in-one strategic implementation plan of"innovation,coordination,safety,green and wisdom" is proposed.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the competitive strategy,tasks,organizations and talents are taken as strategic guarantee measures.It is expected that the research and implementation of the competitive strategy of W Company will provide the same supply chain management service enterprises with reference to the research methods and cases of competitive strategy.
