The main social contradictions which is mentioned in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,have already turned into the contradictions between people's ever-increasing demand for good life and unbalanced insufficient social development.Currently people's beautiful life contains not only stable indoor environment,but also high-quality outdoor environment which is also the people's demand for beautiful living space as well.However the unbalanced development of urban environment and the expanding heat island effect will not only directly affect people's physical fitness,work efficiency and building energy consumption but also go against the improvement of life quality as well as sustainable development of urban economics.Outdoor environment of residential districts,as the transition section from indoor environment to outer urban space,is the very important part of urban ecological environment.With the continuously extend of city size,plenty of symptoms show up in the heat environment of residential districts.There are problems in a large number of residential districts which affect the quality of heat environment,such as bad ventilation,low rate of sunshade coverage,area ratio of permeation and insufficient green area.From the view of planning and administrative provisions of the residential districts and current <design standard for heat environment of urban resident districts> all over the country,regional detailed design about the heat environment is in a state of serious deficiency.This article takes LESHAN as research object.The whole content of research is based on its geographical conditions and climatic characteristics in the season of summer of this city.A large number of the investigations and testings in the main text,begin with the typical cases of residential districts which are classified by actual research.In this thesis,it consisted of following five chapters:Chapter One,Introduction.It broadly introduces the background and the meaning of research,national and foreign research status,the content and the method of research as well as the basic framework of the thesis.Chapter Two.It summarizes the concept of physical parameters and design parameters which are involved in the content of research,analyzes the characteristic of geography and climate in LESHAN,introduces the definition of basic concept and the research classification of heat environment of residential districts in LESHAN.Chapter Three.It researches current situation of outdoor heat environment of residential districts in LESHAN,as well as relevant influence factor analysis.The process is consisted of infrared back analysis of urban surface based on EVNI,data testing of heat physical environment,simulation of ventilation of software architectureVent,analysis from whole current situation of urban heat environment to outdoor physical environment parameter of residential districts.Uses in the thesis from the surface to the spot,it comprehensively summarizes the current situation of heat environment of outdoor residential districts and the influence factor of environment,and to investigate the evaluation of people about the current situation,which is provided by questionnaire.Chapter Four.Based on the summary of chapter Three,it determines that solving outdoor heat environment problem of residential districts and reducing average intensity of residential districts are the main countermeasures.Based on the current<design standard for heat environment of urban resident districts> and correlational studies of predecessors,it commits that increasing the sunshade coverage and natural ventilation as well as reducing solar radiation absorption are main solutions project.Through the analyze and the testing according to the city conditions and the comparative simulation of heat environment between the software residential districts Tera and the building ventilation Vent,it finally determines design specification how to apply to outdoor heat environment of resident districts of LESHAN.Chapter Five.Research results are summarized in the manner of guide of design and application.It mainly involves four items,which are ventilation and heat dispersion,sunshade and shadow,evaporation and permeation,greenery landscape.Chapter six.Draw conclusions and put forward prospects.
