Study On Strategies And Methods Of Outdoor Environment Renovation In The Old Residential Districts Of Enterprise Unit In Xi’an

During the planned economy period,a large number of national economic construction projects were built in Xi ’an city,and large enterprise unit-type residential areas were built at the same time of building factories and other production facilities.Since the reform and opening up,with a large number of commercial housing construction,the overall living standard of the city has been improved accordingly.Due to the influence of economic situation or enterprise restructuring,with the passage of time,Xi ’an enterprise unit type old residential area outdoor environmental quality is generally lower than the general commercial residential area,it is difficult to meet the living needs of residents in the residential area,need to be updated.This paper takes Xi ’an enterprise unit of old residential districts as the research object.Firstly,the research status of residential renovation and residential outdoor environment at home and abroad is reviewed,which provides the basis for the follow-up research in this paper.Secondly,select 35 neighborhood xiguang factory,10 neighborhood of Huanghe factory and 31 neighborhood of dongfang factory as the specific research objects.Through the research,interview questionnaire and other methods to investigate the overall outdoor environment of three settlements and typical node space environment,combined with residents’ willingness to residential outdoor environment renovation,horizontal comparison of the existing problems of the outdoor environment of three settlements,summed up the existing problems of the current enterprise unit old residential outdoor environment in Xi’ an,and puts forward the principles of renovation,and respectively from the overall outdoor environment ofsettlements(space layout,road traffic,public service facilities,green landscape,building facade,barrier-free facilities and sanitation facilities)and Finally,taking xiguangchang 35 neighborhood as an example,through the renovation design of space layout,road traffic,greening landscape,sanitation facilities,lighting facilities and typical node space,the feasibility of outdoor environment renovation of enterprise-type old residential area in Xi ’an is discussed.Through the study of this paper,the paper puts forward the strategies and methods of the outdoor environment renovation of the old residential area of enterprise unit in Xi ’an city,and tries to apply it to the specific renovation design case,hoping to provide some references for the outdoor environment renovation practice of the old residential area of enterprise unit in Xi ’an city in the future.
