Research On Winter Outdoor Thermal Environment For The Urban Residental Districts In Cold Zones

Residential thermal environment is the comprehensive performance of thermal field in the residential environment,mainly composed of air temperature,solar radiation,air humidity,wind and other elements,it has to do with climate factors,building layout,the water,the distribution of the vegetation,the release of energy production and living,and other factors related,is the result of the above factors work together. The research reveals the development of the urban residential area scale,space structure pattern. As people to the requirement of increasing the safety,health,comfort,residential thermal environment has become the important condition of sustainable development,a good residential thermal environment is also an important symbol of ecological living environment. To improve the knowledge of the thermal environment of residential and realize the sustainable development of the important link.The study on behalf of the city of xi’an residential area in cold area as the research object,on the basis of predecessors’ research,summarizes the components of the outdoor thermal environment,analyzes the influence factor,from the perspective of cold area residential building thermal environment,the use of building passive principle,research using solar radiation, wind environment, underlying surface thermal environment adjustment methods,such as,group layout design. From the site area analysis,group program planning and evaluation of group c three main process under the solar radiation,wind environment, design research of quantitative analysis and determination, and characteristics of urban climate in winter in cold area,the residents’ daily behaviors and outdoor thermal comfort evaluation index,on the basis of preliminary put forward the main indicator,trying to the region for the future urban residential groups provide reference and thermal environment planning and design reference for the design.And by using CFD technology,with the method of software simulation,from the two adjacent buildings,local groups and urban residential area,the outdoor wind environment and outdoor radiation simulation analysis on temperature field,the comparison of the different size,different orientation,different groups form and layout,from small to large,from monomer to the residential outdoor wind environment and the temperature field distribution characteristics,and combining the two,it is concluded that variable factors and regularity between the outdoor thermal environment,put forward the basic design strategy and plan,and through the instance analysis and optimization,to explore how to improve thermal environment of residential area provides a train of thought,in the realization of residential thermal environment optimization.
