As an important part of China’s energy distribution,hydropower project is an important force for China’s long-term development.In response to "The Belt and Road" call,hydropower construction once again faces a new development opportunity.The construction of large hydropower project in China has greatly promoted the safety management experience,theory and technology innovation in large hydropower project,but large hydropower station can not be copied,the construction environment is difficult,long construction period,accidents still occur sometime.Rapid market share of smart phones in recent years,as well as WeChat high installed probability is equivalent to create a mobile input to the entire personnel in hydropower project construction.In the "Internet plus" tide,Studying on safety management theory base of Wechat relating to hydro-power engineering construction,fully tapping the data economy to innovate the safety management of hydropower project has important engineering and scientific significance(1)Based on the background of the mobile Internet era,with the rapid popularization of intelligent mobile phone.analyzing the feasibility and necessity of Wechat on-site hidden risk investigation and safe management,Putting forward the method of safety management on hydropower project construction site base of Wechat.designing and building the Wesafety platform.To implement the main responsibility for the rectification and rectification of governance,increase the area of hidden investigation,improve the investigation of permeability,reporting efficiency.(2)In this paper,the Pyramid model of Wesafety system construction is put forward,the Pyramid model is divided into five levels: infrastructure,security needs,social needs,esteem needs and self-realization.This paper expounds the actual content and significance of five levels.Through the construction of five levels,achieving to control the unsafe behavior of people,the state of the material and the lack of comprehensive management and control,to enhance the safety of hydropower project construction.(3)In this paper,the theory of Wesafety management is put forward.Based on the method of OPDCA quality management,this paper puts forward a closed loop mechanism of hidden danger management,such as finding,reporting,grading,making plans,rectification,closing,evaluation,analysis and utilization.Through the method of lean,agile and iterative optimizing Wesafety management theory,the advantages of the method are out of center reporting,flat management,timely reporting,implementation of clear resp onsibilities in the process of hidden danger management.(4)Through the practice of Wesafety theory in the construction of Hydropower Project,Analyzing Wesafety platform application,summarizing the time distribution of hidden rectification and reporting,efficiency of hidden risk reporting and rectification,analyzing hydropower project construction unit behavior.(5)In this paper,through the analytic hierarchy process,in accordance with the characteristics of hidden risk,analyzing hidden risk date which platform collect,establishing tree model with two level classification of common problems in hydropower project,putting forward the safety state evaluation method during construction of hydropower project in different periods and different area.Based on the summary of common hidden risk types in hydropower construction period,establishing hydropower construction common unsafe behavior standard atlas,offering risk management and safety norms for the first construction builders to enhance the safety awareness.
