The Study Of The Project Safety Management Of Jiayan Hydropower Station

Construction safety management is an important part of the construction projects,which is necessary condition to make sure process flow smooth. However, the current domestic security management and management concepts cannot meet the needs of the construction, resulting in frequent security issue in China’s construction projects.This paper combines the author’s work experience with the theory of project management,and introduces advanced project management methods to the project safety management in hydropower construction. This paper strives to open up new ideas for project safety management, explores ways for our country in practice and groping, and finds the soft underbelly of the safety management work in practice, and make up for deficiencies.Make safety management theory and methods to serve the construction better, and ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.This paper summarizes safety management content and priorities of each stage from the full life cycle of hydropower construction projects, focuses on important and difficult work of safety management, explains the implementation method of the safety management by three main components including Security Management Work Breakdown, organizational security management and progress of safety management planning.Safety management is part of the project with its own peculiarity. Safety management is not only a work content of process of the project, but also a part of the daily management of the enterprise. Therefore, it is need attention and management by companies and projects department together. The theory of Safety Management refers to considering each task of safe management as project, and achieve the security management of the project according to project management methodologies, tools and methods to manage the use of project. Implementation of the project of the guarantee system is mainly from the establishment of safety assurance system, implementation of safe production responsibility system and development of safety management systems and charter, which need check key aspects including approval of construction of technical measures, tests of technical safety and sources of danger Identify, and is achieved by safety oversight and the management process of check.The main contents and effects of safety management performance management project management is reflected through the analysis of performance factors, key and difficult performanceevaluation, using scientific management methods and systems to analyze risk factors and the quality, analyzing quality of project management knowledge areas, human resources, cost and etal to evaluate performance of management to achieve project management.This paper proposes security management project, improves the theoretical system of safety management, analyses and judges factors of security risks to provide more guidance for actual operational safety management.
