| With the development of market economy,the demand for energy is increasing,and the problem of energy supply and demand becomes more and more serious.Hydropower station is an important subject of energy supply,reducing the consumption of non renewable energy,such as coal,with high economic benefits,to achieve the diversification of energy supply in china.At present,the hydropower station is in the direction of "no one on duty,few people on duty",and puts forward more requirements to the traditional management mode of hydropower station in China.Therefore,this paper at Qiaogong Hydropower Station as an example,to discuss the present situation of the safety management and development mode can be taken.This paper introduces the concept of total safety management,and discusses the establishment of the safety management system.This paper first discusses the specific circumstances in the process of safety management of hydropower stations at home and abroad,analyses the existing problems in the process of safety management,combined with the Qiaogong hydropower station safety management requirements,proposed the creation of "four systems,three mechanisms,a safety management system evaluation",implement on-site safety management,equipment safety management,safety management and the combination of the safety culture construction of Qiaogong hydropower.And the establishment of the corresponding organization and security system,system security system and incentive mechanism,to provide a reference for the implementation of the full security management mode.In addition,the paper also developed Qiaogong hydropower station safety evaluation system is studied,the establishment of index assessment and daily assessment combined assessment system,to ensure the correctness of its safety management assessment and fairness.The whole research for Qiaogong Hydropower Station construction can provide reference basis,reduce the occurrence of various types of accidents. |
