| The main problem of the internal combustion engine car is low thermal efficiency,and with the increase of the domestic car ownership,road congestion is increasingly serious,so in the urban road,the traditional internal engine is commonly work in low efficiency area.Therefore,the research and development the high efficiency gasoline engine is very important for enterprise development.This topic is based on one of Chery 1.6L naturally aspirated gasoline engine integrated with high compression ratio,Atkinson cycle,external cooling EGR,and low friction technology to do the research of high efficiency.The General technical scheme is referenced a large number of efficient petrol engine technology of benchmark engines,and the experience of Chery have done for fuel consumption.First,set up a one-dimensional simulation model for the engine,according to the parameters as compression ratio etc,optimize the angle of intake and exhaust valve for Atkinson cycle,prediction fuel consumption of partial load,and revise the parameters according to the calculation results.Through one-dimensional simulation,complete the definition of key system parameters,and put forward the target of reducing friction loss.The combination of Atkinson cycle,EGR and high compression ratio will be benefit for partial load thermal efficiency,but the Atkinson and EGR also will affect the combustion heat release be low and the combustion stability will be bad.So under the one-dimensional simulation,do the fast combustion system research and development.The main combustion system development is optimizing intake port to enhance the tumble and optimizing the shape of combustion chamber to maintain strong turbulence.To get a better combustion condition,the high voltage ignition system also be used.On the basic of these work,complete the engine development,and then do the thermodynamic test.First test the friction,and then verify the effect of fuel consumption under high compression ratio and Atkinson cycle.finally,external EGR dilution combustion model is studied.The final test reached more than 38% high thermal efficiency.Research of the mutual influence between each key parameters,such as the EGR temperature,EGR rate and EGR homogeneity have be done.Some technical scheme of this topic research has been carried out in some Chery engines,and is also benefit to the company Subsequent products. |
