Based on the cycloid ball transmission mechanism,the precision ball transmission mechanism which can eliminate the gap is proposed.This paper takes the precision ball transmission mechanism as the research object.In view of the structure of combined planetary plate,the mechanical performance and the elastic corner of the combined planetary disc is further studied and the overall transmission precision of the transmission mechanism is calculated and analyzed in the case of considering the errors.The new combined planetary plate which takes the steel balls as guiding device is proposed.In such a mechanism,sliding friction is replaced by rolling friction.The number of steel balls and guiding grooves is calculated and specific parameter is determined.The elastic component of the mechanism is chosen reasonably.The single part's specific parameters and dimensions of precision ball transmission mechanism are fixed.The model of mechanism is established by using pro/E and the Adams is used to simulate the movement performance.Based on Hertz contact theory,the normal force formula is deduced by using the torque balance equation and the result is calculated exactly by using MATLAB in consideration of errors.The deformation and pressure of contact center zone are deduced and the dimensionless stress is calculated.The curves of the normal force,pressure and deformation of contact center zone,and dimensionless stress are drawn according to the changes of errors.The expression of elastic turn angle is deduced by using noline relationship of normal force and deformation,and the result is exact calculated by using Newton.The changed curves of actual contact angle and elastic turn angle with errors are drawn.The error sensitivity is calculated based on the theory of sensitivity.The change curve of error sensitivity with error is drawn,and the degree of influence of various errors on the elastic corner is obtained.The mechanical model of the precision ball transmission device is established.In the case of considering the error of processing,installation and bearing clearance,the mechanical equation is established.The force situation of every part in the ideal location is analyzed.The mathematical model of the system dynamic transmission accuracy is established according to the D'Alembert's principle.The result is solved by using MATLAB.
