The level of planetary gear reducer is an important part of the EM-21 rocket,the reducer's working accuracy is significant to the EM-21's transmission accuracy.The manufacturer's existing testing equipment is relatively simple,can only carry out some of the transmission accuracy of the simple detection analysis and small gear meshing detection and other basic research work.But the transmission accuracy of the product cannot be detected and error analysis,so it is difficult to ensure product quality.At the same time,due to lack of experience in the basic technology research process support,the quality of subsequent production is also difficult to improve.In order to improve the accuracy of EM-21 rocket launch,the writer designed a set of dynamic transmission accuracy testing system which according to the characteristics of the planetary gear reducer,then analysised the main factors of the transmission accuracy of the reducer.Giving a quantitative description to the gear's inherent error,the error of bearing error and the gear's transmission error,which makes the prediction of gear reducer's transmission precision be possible.This paper also theoretically calculated the reducer's return difference and transmission error according to the accuracy level of each gear.then,according to the requirements of the testing system,the writer completed the software,including software communication and software design.Using modular method for data collection,storage,reading,processing and display.The part of data processing mainly based on FFT,interface design and software written mainly based on Labview.Then using the set up test system to test the accuracy of the planetary gear reducer,inspecting the system can work or not.Comparing the test results and the theoretical calculation of the third chapter,evaluating the reliability of theoretical error calculation.In this way,the design direction of improving the transmission precision of the planetary gear reducer is made clearly.Then,using the transmission error model to simulate the transmission accuracy of the high and low planetary gear reducer.By comparing the simulation results and its theoretical calculation value,the reliability of theoretical error calculation is verified,and the design direction of improving the transmission precision of high and low planetary reducer is clarified.Besides,some suggestions are put forward to improve the transmission precision of the reducer according to the problems which met in the design of testing system.
