The electromagnetic launcher is a kinetic energy launcher that uses electromagnetic force to accelerate objects to super high speed in a short period of time.It has a very broad and extensive research prospect in the field of military equipment,aerospace research.In recent years,with the development of ANSYS,numerical simulation is carried out before experiment to reduce workload and experimental cost.Combined with theoretical analysis and ANSYS simulation,this paper analyzes and studies the different structural shapes of the rail.The main work is as follows:In the first part,the inductance gradient of the electromagnetic track launcher is calculated by using ANSYS.The variation law is obtained by changing the track thickness,width and the distance between the upper and lower guideways.Compare with the theoretical calculation.Then calculate the influence of the radians of the rail section on the inductance gradient.Finally,Finally,the change law of inductance gradient is obtained.In the second part,under the transient field,the different radians rail is simulated,and the influence of the radians on the railgun emission performance is obtained,and the transient field analysis of the same inductance gradient,same cross section area and different section shape of rail is carried out.Combined with moment of inertia calculation and assembly,the shape change of rail section needs to be considered comprehensively.The third part,Based on the analysis of electromagnetic field,the coupling analysis of electromagnetic field and temperature field is carried out for three different section rails designed.At the same time the heat generation and heat dissipation during the multiple launching of the guide rail are simulated.Finally,through simulation and calculation,the change law of the armature self resistance heat generation,contact resistance heat generation and friction heat generation with time is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the rail.
