Today,fossil energy depletion and environmental climate are deteriorating,so renewable energy generation technology has become the main force to promote the transformation of energy structure.In response to the national sustainable development strategy,the maximum utilization of Distributed Renewable Energy Generation(DREG)has become a new method under the premise of ensuring the reliability.The key to the operation of power system is the energy background.At the same time,as an important component of the supply side in the active distribution network,the new generation of power grid is required.That is,on the basis of satisfying the safety and reliability,the economy and flexibility of the operation of the distribution network can be improved by making full use of various forms of DREG.However,there are few researches on the evaluation of high permeability DREG grid connected operation.Therefore,in view of the evaluation of the economic operation of active distribution network considering DREG,this paper analyzes the necessity of the large-scale renewable energy access to the active distribution network and the improvement of the economic operation state of the active distribution network.Based on the analysis of the running characteristics of the active distribution system,the evaluation of its running economy is carried out,and a new evaluation index system for the economic operation of the active distribution network is established under the new energy background,and two kinds of economic operation evaluation model of the active power distribution system are given based on the economic operation area and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The main work is as follows:First,this paper analyzes the operation characteristics of the active power distribution network and the renewable energy generation,as well as the new requirements for the operation of the active distribution network with the high permeability and renewable energy access to the power system.It is necessary to combine the problem of renewable energy grid with the operation of active distribution network under the new energy background at the present stage,and the renewable energy technology,especially the DREG technology,must be taken as the research point in the analysis of the problems of the active distribution network.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the running characteristics of the active distribution network under the background of new energy,according to the principles of system,science,objective and realization,five aspects of power supply stability,active management of demand side,flexible operation of distribution network,social economic benefit and energy contribution degree are introduced.At the same time,the five aspects of the active distribution network after renewable energy access are subdivided,and the economic operation evaluation and subdivision index of the active distribution network oriented to the new energy background is defined.Based on the existing economic operation evaluation index,the applicability of the traditional distribution network influencing factors is corrected and improved.The evaluation index system of economic operation of active distribution network considering renewable energy under the background of new energy is established.Then,the economic operation function is defined,and an economic operation evaluation model of active distribution network considering DREG is proposed based on the economic operation area.First,we use the hyperplane vector to construct economic operation domain to determine the level of economic operation,and use the difference coefficient and coordination coefficient to reduce the dimension of the index system.By calculating the economic operation decision function,the economic grade of the sample to be evaluated is quickly and effectively divided,and the simulation example is given.Finally,considering the fuzziness and randomness in the evaluation process,this paper presents a combined weighting based DREG active distribution network economic operation evaluation model.This model optimizes the three subjective and objective weights by game theory,and determines the optimal combination weight.On the basis of the economic operation index system of active distribution network considering DREG in the second chapter,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to synthetically evaluate the weight of the three main weight calculation methods.The validity of the model is verified by the simulation example,and the different DREG configurations are configured according to the simulation results.Suggestions for improvement are put forward in the active distribution network.It provides reference for operation and planning decision makers of active distribution network.
