Due to the high reliability of distributed energy generation, the development of active distribution networks has made great progress.Compared with the traditional power distribution network, the active power distribution network includes a wealth of controllable resources, mainly through the adjustment and control of various resources to achieve the consumption of distributed energy. But along with the active distribution network in the wind, photovoltaic and other distributed energy a large number of access,it is a very important challenge to effectively solve various problems after its access to the distribution network. In this context, the operation economy evaluation,as a special evaluation for the system operation characteristics, has important reference significance for the future operation and planning of distributed energy active distribution network with high penetration rate. Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of evaluation results of economic operation of active distribution network, this paper studied the evaluation model of economic operation of active distribution network based on fuzzy Borda method. The main work is as follows:First, according to the operating characteristics and evaluation index construction principles of active distribution network under the background of new energy,a new evaluation index of economic operation of active distribution network is defined from two aspects: DER grid-connected power generation output characteristics and DER grid-connected economic characteristics, that is,DER penetration rate,DER peak clipping rate,DER peak shaving power output ratio,DER maximum remaining power generation ratio, equipment investment purchase cost, operating cost and equivalent environmental benefits. At the same time, some indicators in the traditional distribution network have been improved. Finally,a set of evaluation index system for economic operation of active distribution network under a new background is constructed. Then,a comprehensive evaluation model of economic operation of active distribution network based on TOPSIS is proposed.First of all, construct a combination of subjective and objective weighting method for evaluation indicators based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method, and use the weight coefficient to complete the combination of subjective and objective weights to obtain comprehensive weights. The weighted results effectively overcome the shortcomings of using a single weighting method alone, thereby ensuring that the evaluation results are more reasonable and accurate. Then, according to the TOPSIS principle, the original data of the indicators are preprocessed, the positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution of each scheme are defined, and combined with the above index weights,a comprehensive evaluation model for economic operation of the active distribution network based on TOPSIS is constructed. Finally, the simulation results of the examples verify the validity of the evaluation model. Finally, according to the influence of different evaluation methods on the evaluation results,an evaluation model of economic operation of active distribution network based on fuzzy Borda method is proposed.Firstly, the grey relational degree and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the economic operation of active distribution network, and the consistency test based on Kendall-w coefficient is completed by combining with the evaluation results of TOPSIS in chapter 3.Then,the fuzzy Borda group method is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model. The model takes into account the evaluation score and ranking results. Finally, the results of simulation and sensitivity analysis verify the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation model, and some suggestions for improvement are given, which provide theoretical support for the future operation and planning of active distribution network.
