Water pressure plunger pump is the core component of water hydraulic system.It is widely used in many fields,such as agricultural machinery,marine ships,machinery manufacturing,aeronautics and Astronautics and so on.Because the pressure of saturated steam in water is much higher than that of oil,it makes the hydraulic components more easily cavitation.Cavitation is one of the main reasons for the noise generated by hydraulic plunger pump,causing severe vibration.It will also cause corrosion to the structure of piston chamber and port plate.The tiny bubbles formed will block the narrow gap between components and flow channels,resulting in the system can not work normally.With the development of computer technology and the wide application of computational fluid dynamics,numerical simulation has become an important way to study physical phenomena that are difficult to use experimentally.Therefore,the research on the characteristic of gas volume fraction of hydraulic axial piston pump and the application of the research results to the design of brake hydraulic axial piston pump has important theoretical significance and wide application prospect in engineering.Using Solidworks to establish the fluid domain geometry model of water hydraulic axial piston pump,the water hydraulic axial piston pump with gas volume fraction as the research object,firstly by using the numerical simulation method of fluid field of water hydraulic axial piston pump by numerical simulation,analysis of the mechanism of its various components produced cavitation and different parameters on cavitation effect.(1)Through the establishment of dynamic model of water water axial piston pump effective whole fluid domain in the water hydraulic axial piston pump,using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)method to study the water hydraulic axial piston pump overall fluid domain model of the components(piston cavity,valve plate,suction nozzle area and water area of the unloading groove)relationship cavitation degree and velocity and pressure,the research of the mechanism through the establishment of mathematical model,the relationship between the various components of the gas volume fraction and other variables.(2)In the water hydraulic axial piston pump,by establishing different cavitation models of the whole hydraulic axial piston pump with different key structural parameters,the distribution and cavitation degree of the gas phase volume fraction of the hydraulic axial piston pump are simulated and analyzed by Pumplinx software.A structural parameter which is most suitable for hydraulic axial piston pump is selected from various key structural parameters.Further,the influence of different structural parameters on the variation of gas volume fraction of each component of water hydraulic axial piston pump is further analyzed.(3)In the water hydraulic axial piston pump,by establishing the full cavitation model of the whole hydrodynamic axial piston pump with different dynamic parameters,the distribution and cavitation degree of the gas volume fraction of the hydraulic axial piston pump are simulated and analyzed.A parameter which is most suitable for hydraulic axial piston pump is selected from all kinds of dynamic parameters.Further,the influence of different dynamic parameters on the volume fraction of gas phase in each part of the hydraulic axial piston pump is analyzed.
