Hydraulic transmission technology is widely used in engineering field.With the continuous renewal of all kinds of construction machinery,the requirement of energy saving and environmental protection is constantly increasing,and the performance requirement of hydraulic pump,the core component of construction machinery,is also getting higher and higher.The development direction of swashplate axial piston pump gradually moves towards high speed,high pressure and large displacement,but the control of piston pump is very difficult,and the structure of itself is very demanding.Therefore,the parameter optimization of swashplate axial piston pump has become the most effective way to achieve the development requirements.The optimized swashplate axial piston pump adapts to a larger speed range,and has important practical significance for the occasion where a large speed range of piston pump is needed.This paper chooses Rexroth A11VO190 inclined plunger swashplate axial piston pump as the research object,fixes the variable swashplate inclination angle of the pump at the maximum inclination angle as the quantitative,and studies the flow characteristics and pressure characteristics of the plunger pump at this time.The research work completed is as follows:1.Kinematics analysis of swashplate axial piston pump and mechanical analysis of some important components of the plunger pump are carried out.Theoretical and practical fluid analysis of theoretical displacement,flow rate,instantaneous flow rate and flow pulsation rate of swashplate axial piston pump are studied.Oil leakage between plunger pair,slipper pair and distributor pair and factors affecting the leakage of plunger pair are analyzed.2.The plunger pump selected in this paper is simulated by the system simulation software AMESim.Combining with the results of its movement and mechanics analysis,the plunger is modeled.The model of the whole plunger pump is built to analyze the flow characteristics and pressure characteristics of the plunger pump,and to analyze andoptimize the values of each influencing factor.3.The AMESim simulation model is used to optimize the triangular groove of the distribution plate.By changing the value of the width angle and depth angle of the gradient flow area into the different triangular grooves,the system simulation optimization is carried out.The optimization of the width angle and depth angle of the pre-boost and pre-relief grooves are both triangular grooves,so as to reduce the flow fluctuation and pressure when the inclination angle of the inclined plate is large.Force impact phenomenon.
