In order to cope with the situation of serious waste of power generation resources and severe environmental pollution caused by the large power consumption of electrical equipment provided by power users,at the same time,taking into account the importance of power demand side resources in power supply planning,therefore,the demand side resources Represents the introduction of efficiency power plants.In addition,due to the uncertainty of user response and load forecasting,such as load forecasting and intermittent power supply(such as wind farm)output,it has a great impact on the planning of power supply planning of efficiency power plants.In view of this,this paper has studied the low-carbon power planning of efficiency power plants as follows:Firstly,the connotation of the energy efficiency power plant and integrated resource planning is introduced.Several different types of power supply planning models are introduced in detail;the theory of uncertainty,uncertainty,uncertain planning model provide a brief overview.Secondly,taking into account the low-carbon nature of the system,a multi-objective low-carbon power supply planning model for efficiency power plants that takes into account line loss ratios is established with the goal of minimizing carbon emissions and minimizing overall costs,and increases in constraints.Line loss rate constraints.The simulation calculation of the established model using the discrete bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm was compared with the single objective function of the non-energy-efficiency power plant.The sensitivity of different carbon emission limits and different line loss rates was analyzed and the basis of the above model was established.In the above,the power-saving benefits were incorporated into the model,and a low-carbon power supply planning model was calculated based on the contract energy management mechanism and the line loss rate was calculated.The validity of the proposed power supply planning model and the simulation results verify the correctness of the conclusions.Finally,aiming at the uncertainties in the power supply planning,a low-carbon power supply planning model for efficiency power plants based on fuzzy feasibility and contractenergy management mechanisms was established.At the same time,the uncertainties in wind power output and load forecasting were taken into account in the model.Sex,by transforming the indefinite form of fuzzy variables into a definite form,a more easily solved model is obtained,and the model is solved using the discrete bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm.The power supply planning model of the energy efficiency power plant will be added to the energy efficiency power plant and the contract energy management mechanism.The power supply planning model,the power supply planning model that incorporates energy efficiency power plants and contract energy management mechanisms and uncertainties are compared,and the simulation results verify the correctness of the conclusions.
