| Light rail is indispensable for solving the problem of the traffic congestion,energy consumption and urban traffic reasonable planning.The safety of operation is the premise of light rail development.The communication system(CMD)plays an important role in remote monitoring and real-time fault diagnosis,which can not only ensure the safe operation of light rail,but also save the time and the cost of maintenance.This paper designs a light rail vehicle communication(CMD)system on the basis of the present situation of the domestic and international vehicle communication technology.Firstly,the system is divided into three parts:the vehicle subsystem,the wireless communication subsystem and the ground integrated application platform.The vehicle subsystem is responsible for the collection,processing,storage and transmission of the vehicle data and the Beidou differential data,The data transmission subsystem is used to transmit the data,and the ground integrated application subsystem is responsible for monitoring and diagnosing the state of the locomotive.Secondly,this paper introduces the structure,the function and the working principle of the system,including the function of each function board and the definition of the communication interface.Thirdly,the hardware and software of the mainboard of the vehicle subsystem is designed,including the design of the hardware circuit,the transplant of the Linux system and the design of the driver.It also solves the key technical problems such as system data transmission timing.Finally,the performance of the system is tested and analyzed from the aspects of receipt collection,transmission and application which proves the reliability of the system.The light rail vehicle communication(CMD)system based on Beidou designed in the paper is of great significance for the development of light rail operation and maintenance technology,which also can be used as a reference for the improvement of the communication technology of subway,monorail and other urban rail vehicles. |
