With the development of Chinese railway industry,Nowadays Chinese high-speed rail has been accepted by many countries.Chinese high-speed rail represents Chinese manufacturing industry.The demand for all aspects of the railway technical personnel is increasing.Because of the limited resources,simulation industry becomes more and more important.The simulation platform of this system can be used for the teaching,training,evaluating operation performance and handling fault of EMU.The traditional way that is based on the theory of textbooks and real train fault operation,Students can accumulate experience through actual operation.On the one hand,this way of teaching shows long time-consuming,more expensive,more boring,on the other hand,drivers and mechanics can't systematic practice of the various failures.This article offers a new way to train drivers and mechanics.This simulation system not only shortens the training time,saves the cost,but also ensures the safety of the learners.Compared to traditional forms of learning,this article developed the CRH380 BL brake failure simulation system.The 3D models are established by CREO mainly includes the modeling of the console room,electric cabinet,fault panel of the driver room,faulty vehicle control panel and dial display.These models are rendered by 3ds MAX.And finally make animation simulation operation by LabVIEW.In order to solve the failure phenomenon of the braking system,the fault tree analysis can be used in this paper combining with fuzzy logic thinking.The fault tree is established based on brake failure,in order to qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree.According to the fuzzy logic thinking,the importance degree of the structure,probability and the critical importance degree are divided into seven levels.The fuzzy logic thinking and the multi-objective decision theory are used to optimize the fault diagnosis process to realize the development of CRH380 BL brake failure simulation system.The simulation system contains the operator matrix graph of the braking system fault module,training module,personnel time evaluation module,optimization module and fault diagnosis fault 3D animation demo module.The system can display operations of the fault handling and solve the emergency brake system failure at one time.
