The utility model relates to a dynamic detection system for locomotive wheel sets,which is a novel track structure system for detecting the wear degree of locomotive wheels.The locomotive detection circuit,detecting and recording locomotive wheel tread wear by automatic instruments,no parking lifting process,the dynamic detection method in the car compared to the conventional detection methods,has the advantages of convenient,efficient and time-saving.In the dynamic detection of locomotive wheelset line,wheel wear area needs to be exposed,which requires the main rail line spacing on the detection of certain amount of lead widening,equipped with between wheel and rail locomotives decreased.Under the lateral load of the locomotive wheel,it may cause the accident of the train when the locomotive is running in the detection system.Therefore,there is a high demand for the stability and bearing capacity of the dynamic testing system.In this paper,the layout scheme of two kinds of detection system is designed,which is the structure of the column and steel beam frame.Through the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate the dynamic process of the locomotive bogie in the track structure of the detection system.And the comparative analysis of transverse load and speed change effect on the locomotive wheel when the variation of the lateral deformation of the track structure in the detection system,by rail wheel crush zone stress distribution,changes in force and the lateral deformation of the support structure.Finally,the paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,and makes a comprehensive evaluation.The results are as follows:(1)The lateral deformation of the track structure of the steel beam column type is smaller,and the carrying capacity is improved.When the lateral load and speed change on the locomotive wheel,the amplitude of the carrying capacity of the column type detection system is larger.(2)The column type rail detection system of the maximum stress appears in the bogie tail wheel contact area at the beam type rail detection system the maximum stress appears in the middle of the bogie wheel contact area.The steel frame column type rail detection system than the maximum stress is smaller,and the steel beam type detection system for rail stress distribution.(3)Column steel beam frame type detection system than the detection system of support structure for lateral deformation of large area.The stress concentration in the root area of the supporting structure of the steel beam frame detection system,the stress is relatively large.The analysis results show that the vehicle transverse load and speed change on column detection system,equipped with guardrail maximum stress influence.From the point of view of safety,it is suggested that the dynamic testing system of steel frame and wheel set is used as the final design scheme.
