Locomotive wheelset dynamic detection line is a newly developed special track line for non-stationary detection of locomotive wheelset wear state.Normal contact area between locomotive wheelset and track should be exposed through detection line segment,and track spacing of detection line is required to be 1568mm,which is much higher than the 1435mm track of standard gauge.The locomotive running on standard track is guided by the outer rim of wheel,but in the detection line segment with super large gauge,It can only be guided by the guard rail attached in the middle of main rail and inner side of locomotive flange.The amount of wheelset overlap is getting smaller and smaller on connection section track.The wheel and rail will inevitably contact impact when the outer rim guide turn to the inner rim guide.The work of this paper is to design the line shape of connecting section track between the standard track and detection line,study the influence of connecting section main rail line on the wheelset overlap,and the influence of rail line on the passing ability and impact force of locomotive.The locomotive is prevented from falling off the track or getting stuck,and safety and smoothness of the lead-in and lead-out of the standby locomotive from the standard line to the detection line segment could be ensured.The lineal design scheme of connecting section track is proposed,and the amount and strength of lap joints under static state are analyzed.The dynamic analysis of locomotive passing through transition line is simulated by finite element method,and the carrying amount and track strength are comprehensively analyzed.The specific research is as follows:(1)The lines of main rail and guard rail in the dynamic detection line connection section are designed,and the trafficability and overlap amount of locomotive on the transition line are checked.(2)Finite element method is used to analyze the stiffness of dynamic detection system transition line,and the wheelset overlap amount on the rail is checked when track deformation is taken into consideration.(3)The strength of main rail and guard rail in the dynamic detection system connecting line is checked,and fatigue life of variable guide point in the guard rail is estimated.From comprehensive evaluation of the strength,stiffness and track structure lap amount.The connection line scheme of locomotive dynamic detection system proposed in this paper can meet the requirements of 23t locomotives passing at a speed of 36km/h and meet the requirements of 25t locomotives passing.
