To confront global energy crisis together with environmental pollution,energy conservation technology research has great environmental,social as well as economic benefits.Today construction machinery is still mainly driven by diesel engine,but with the development of electric energy storage and electric drive technology,the increasingly depleted fuel oil and various countries have introduced systems to gradually cancel the engine policy.The electronization of construction machinery has become an inevitable trend.Compared with the traditional diesel engine driven construction machinery,the electric engineering machinery has increased the power battery and battery management system,driving motor and motor controller and other key components,the system control and energy flow management is more complex.Therefore,it is very important to establish a remote monitoring system and fault diagnosis technology for electric engineering machinery.Taking the electric excavator as an example,the remote real-time monitoring of the electric excavator is realized by establishing the remote monitoring system of the excavator.Firstly,according to the requirement analysis of remote monitoring system,the overall scheme design of remote monitoring system is put forward.The remote monitoring system is divided into three parts: vehicle terminal,wireless network and remote monitoring management platform.Secondly,the modular design of the vehicle terminal hardware system is carried out.analyzing the selection of each function module and raising the specific circuit schematic design scheme.And the can bus module,power supply module,GPS module and wireless communication module are discussed.Then,the PCB and PCB board are drawn out.Finally,the stability of the vehicle terminal is tested.Then,on the base of the hardware of vehicle terminal,the software system of vehicle terminal has been designed.The operating system,hardware driver,application program,communication protocol,wireless module program,KM5303 T display interface program of these parts are discussed.Analyzing their functions and introducing the process of program design.Fourthly,the software of remote monitoring management platform is modular designed,and the overall design scheme of monitoring and management platform is introduced.Then discussing communication module,login interface module,map module,the equipment maintenance function module and so on.Including on base of TCP/IP protocol of the research of Socket remote communication,the design of MFC display instrument based on Actve X,the design of map based on Baidu Map API and so on.this paper also introduces the design of database.The connection between MFC and database is established and access to the database is realized.Finally,it collect and test the working condition information and test the stability of the system.The experimental results show that the stability of the system is well and meets the practical requirements.Finally,the remote fault diagnosis of several typical faults of electric excavator is made.The method of basing on CAN bus data flow analysis is adopted,and the working condition data is collected by CAN bus to make fault diagnosis on remote monitoring management platform.Different fault diagnosis algorithms are used for different faults,for example,fuzzy fault diagnosis algorithm is used for power battery,unidirectional accumulative counting algorithm is used for motor diagnosis strategy for motor system and the dynamic change method of CAN counter based on software analysis is adopted for CAN bus communication fault.
