Construction Elevator Remote Monitoring And Management Systems Research And Development

Building hoist is a kind of necessary transport equipment which used in transporting people and goods in large construction projects and high-rise buildings. With the accelerated pace of China’s Infrastructures and civil buildings,the productions and sales of building hoist rapid growth.However,due to wide distribution, complicated work environment and confused monitoring management,building hoist security incidents occurred frequently.This paper describes design and development of remote monitoring and management system, bases on the actual needs of building hoist industry. The system can remote monitor building hoists’ work state, manage their history data, fault reports, and maintenance plans and so on. The system also can control building hoists’ work state if necessary.Firstly, based on the building hoists’ present industry situation, development trend and the actual needs of Co-operative Corporation, this paper introduces the needs analysis of remote monitoring and management system of building hoists, functions design of intelligent terminal and remote monitoring and management platforms, and introduces data base design in detail. Secondly, this paper introduces the realization of the system functions in hardware and software. Finally, test the developed and selected function modules in laboratory environment.Laboratory tests show that the system has good stability, easy to operate, can effectively monitor the management of building hoist work, timely warning abnormal, improve building hoists work efficiency, enhance service quality of building hoist manufacturers.
