With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards have been greatly improved,and the quality requirements of the whole society on the living environment are also rising.In addition,with the increase in social productivity,the annual amount of energy consuming of industrial and agricultural industries is also growing,so the traditional energy supply industry is facing an unprecedented challenge,which is how to meet the growing energy demand,while reducing the traditional energy supply model of the environment hazards,to achieve energy and environmental protection.At present,there are many existing heating methods in our country,including cogeneration,regional boilers,disperse boilers,electric film,etc.In recent years,under the advocating on the theme of energy conservation and environmental protection strongly of the government,central heating,as a way to save energy and reduce environmental pollution,has gradually become the most important way of heating in China.So the city's central heating Industry has begun a rapid development proce ss,and gradually formed a cogeneration-based,concentrated boiler room,supplemented by other ways to supplement the heating situation.According to relevant statistics,in China's heating industry,the total heat source heat,cogeneration accounted for 62.9%,concentrated boiler accounted for 35.75%,the other accounted for 1.35%.In this paper,the thermoelectric power generation expansion project of Harbin Heat Plant is taken as the case background.By summarizing the common problems such as design optimization and economic optimization of condensed cogeneration project,this paper analyzes the overall selection of the unit from the perspective of supply and demand of electric heating load.The technical selection method and the screening index of the c ogeneration project of the cogeneration project are studied.And the technical performance comparison is selected for the several types of schemes.And then from the economic point of view the use of annual operating cost model of the economic analysis of the project analysis,but also from the perspective of economic energy saving analysis of the main program of the cost of electricity costs,and finally the cogeneration of the installed capacity of the comprehensive evaluation,AHP and ANP algorithm are used to optimize the three overall schemes respectively.In this paper,from the perspective of the project,from the perspective of theoretical research,the overall analysis of the cogeneration project technical and economic optimization method,the theoretical research and engineering practice have some reference value.
