Technical Analysis And Economic Evaluation Of Centralized Heating Project In Eergu’na City

Erguna city is located in the greater hinggan mountains in Inner Mongolia autonomous region Xi Bei Lu, which became open to northern Inner Mongolia autonomous region after the reform and opening to the outside of the front. The national economy and various social undertakings have been long-term development from then on. Since 2000, the city central heating’task in erguna city has all been done by China energy co., LTD. Urban central heating rate reached 63% by 2012. Along with the continuous economic development and urbanization process accelerated, the city scale expands unceasingly, the original urban heating system and scale can not satisfy the demand of urban heating and environmental standards. If we don’t build a new heat source factory, or romould the original heat-supply system, heating gap will continue to increase, it results that the future will seriously restrict the development of the city. How to build a new heating mode which make it adapted to erguna city development become the difficult problem.Based on this background, first of all, this article intoduces city heating project application and research status at home and abroad in detail and elaborates the city heating system of sustainable development theory. Then, the article has a detailed analysis of the current situation of erguna city urban heating and the necessity of a district heating project implementation. On the basis of above research, this article carrys on the thorough analysis to this project from a technical level, estimates the project investment and financial evaluation. Finally, analysis of the project risk and economic impact, provides the basis for construction units of similar project decision-making.
