Grid is an important tool for transporting electricity to clients.It plays a critical role in the national overall energy layout.In order to guarantee the development of national macro economy and meet the requirement of energy security,respond to the all of central authority and local government,State Gird combines current social background,and adjust the direction and philosophy of gird development.At the same time,it requires to strengthen the optimization of the company’s internal management structure and define company’s service orientation.For power company M,the most urgent task is to solve the problem of performance appraisal.In the study of this topic,the author states the background of the study,including purpose and significance,and defines the current achievement in this field.Based on the performance evaluation mode of global gird enterprise,the author explains the structure and the clues of the study.On the other hand,regarding company M as an example,the author introduced the current status of performance evaluation and mined the hidden problem.Depending on the balanced scorecard,the author tried to optimize the performance evaluation system in company M,and added relative safe concept into every aspects of balanced scorecard.Starting from the five dimensions of finance,customer,internal operation,learning and growth,and safety,the author designed a new indicator system of performance evaluation.After creating evaluation index,the paper distributes different weights to every indicators through analytic hierarchy.To utilized the new evaluation system,the author evaluated the performance in company M.If the result is good,but the result of security dimension is excellent,that means company M got a good achievement in safety.If the other four aspects get general results,the company needs improvement and relative suggestions.At last,in order to ensure the effect after optimization implementation,the paper suggests that relative departments built evaluation committee,and carry on advocacy and training.It is better to establish a fair and notarized appeal system and improve human resources management system.
