The gas pipe network plays an important role in social and economic activities,it is not only related to the thousands of households in the daily life of people,but also related to the industrial production of various enterprises and institutions,industrial facilities and other problems with gas.In 2015,Tangshan Gas Company Limited as the network area continues to expand,the number of users increases,the multi gas source,Yu management and pressure increases risk of security production,gas source,the obvious,management mode and operation system of the existing more and more difficult to adapt to the rapid development of the company.Our company put forward the construction of risk management system for urban gas pipeline network,which enhanced gas risk data management,risk control,pipe network automation and fine control level for Gas Co.First,this paper introduces the current situation,characteristics and related technologies and main contents of the management and application of risk management of urban gas network in China and abroad.Combined with the specific demand analysis of Tangshan gas,the overall design of the risk data management system of urban gas pipeline network is carried out.The system architecture is divided into three layers: the first layer is "data layer",the second layer is "service layer",and the third layer is application layer,which is the core of this paper.Secondly,the development of structure and technology selection and application system of third core layer on the overall architecture of the selection are discussed,and according to the conclusion configuration of the development environment of the system,finally the business functions of the system are designed and developed in detail.Furthermore,this paper is aimed at Tangshan gas demand custom development,because Tangshan is located in the earthquake zone,and the particularity of the gas enterprise safety requirements,especially on the system of information security aspects are designed,fully guarantee the security of the system,as well as emergency incident response and disposal.Finally,for the development of the system testing and analysis function,safety and performance,according to the test and analysis results,the software system of server hardware and software,the current network environment,performance and safety requirements are in line with the system construction of expectations,to meet customer demand for Tangshan gas.
