Draught fan is an important part of sintering process and plays a role in improving the production of secondary utilization of exhaust gas.Without the stable operation of the fan,roasting machine can only present half of load production.Because of the blower vibration is a common error in the operation,and the dynamic balance problems caused by vibration is the major cause of these errors,thus,to improve efficiency of equipment production,how to solve the problem of dynamic flat has very important significance.The dissention is how to solve the problem of blower appearing in dynamic balance.First,find out the reasons of the fan vibration.There are a lot of reasons for vibration stress and damage,such as rotor shaft rotor shaft bending,axial crack,loose,debris and other interference,lubrication cooling system problems,may induce the vibration of the fan.This study aims at seeking the methods to solve the problem of vibration.The commonly used methods of dynamic balance wereanalyzed of these,the three circles and the influence coefficient method are the major methods analyzing in this study.We also discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each method and utilization of each method.The study suggested that puts forward the principle of balance without trial weights is the inheritance and development of the two methods.Utilizing the lag Angle of accurate phase,the speed change is calculated and determined.The acceleration is used to calculate the quality of the counter weight.To determine the counter weight phase and quality,the dynamic balance experiment and field operation of a technique can operate to meet the design standards,without welding test weight and multiple time consuming operation energy consumption and the fan.At the end of this study,we elaborated the balance without trial weights of promotion prospects,and the significance of guiding the future work of dynamic balance.
