The rotor is the main component of rotating machinery,and the imbalance of the rotor is the main reason leading to the failure of the rotating machinery.The imbalance of the Rotor which occurs during operation,will aggravate the wear and tear of the bearing,stimulate the system to produce vibration and noise,thereby reducing the working efficiency and the service life of the equipment.Serious cases may even lead to fracture,stopping spindle unit,resulting in huge economic losses and casualties accidents.Therefore,in view of ensuring the safe and stable operation of rotating machinery,the dynamic balance of rotating machinery rotor is of great practical significance and research value.The dynamic balancing equipment is mainly divided into the on-machine balance and the field balance.As the field dynamic balance instrument has the advantages of wide application,simple operation and high portability,it is widely used in various occasions.In this paper,the design of the software and hardware of the dynamic balancing instrument is studied,for the purpose of developing a set of rotor dynamic balancing system for the field.In this paper,the rotor dynamic balance theory is firstly introduced,including the dynamic model of the rotor,the concept and classification of the imbalance.secondly The principle of balance correction of the rotor and the common dynamic balance method are summarized and described.thirdly,according to the disadvantage of existing traditional imbalance extraction method,a method based on zero phase digital bandpass filtering is proposed to extract the imbalance.The algorithm is simulated,and the effectiveness and accuracy of the method are compared with traditional methods,which proves the validity of the method.Then,considering rotor dynamic balancing instrument of the field balance should have the characteristics of low cost,high performance,portable,uses the scheme of a combination of dynamic signal acquisition instrument and PC to design the balance system.The hardware includes the design of signal acquisition and conditioning circuit and data processing circuit,the software consists of signal acquisition and storage software based on LabVIEW and dynamic balance calibration calculation software based on MATLAB.Finally,in order to test the performance and practical effect of the rotor dynamic balancing instrument,the signal synchronization acquisition test is carried on through experimental instruments,the imbalance extraction and dynamic balance test is carried on through the mechanical rotor experiment platform.The results show that the signal synchronization acquisition effect is good,the extraction error of the unbalanced phase is less than 1.5 degrees,and the single dynamic balance test efficiency is more than 75%.The dynamic balance instrument is of good comprehensive performance and practical value in engineering.The end part of this paper makes a summary of the research work for the full text,and puts forward the direction and research content that needs to be improved next.
