Study On The Conservation Planning And Database Construction For Architecuural Complex Along Chinese Eastern Railway In Heilongjiang Province

Chinese Eastern Railway,first appeared as the eastern branch of Siberian Railway,is renowned as an important industrial and cultural line in modern history.The architectural complex along it objectively reflects the evolution of architectural technology in northeast region in the end of 19 th century and the beginning of 20 th century.Chinese Eastern Railway is highly valuable both in history and architectural aesthetics.The existing architectural heritage is threatened by the city expansion and renovation as economy speeds up,which makes the protection urgent.The buildings are scattered along 2,500 km railway.The problems required to be resolved is how to conserve and manage in a scientific way.To cooperate with the formation,implementation and management of conservation planning,the combined pattern between planning and database are explored to,meanwhile,establish the database exhibition platform of architectural complex along Chinese Eastern Railway in Heilongjiang province during the early process of field research.The database is dominated by the buildings during the period of Chinese Eastern Railway construction within Heilongjiang Province.The collection,sorting up,classification,storage,exhibition,seeking and consultation are conducted for the information data of Chinese Eastern Railway and the buildings,using the text,figures,videos,surveying and mapping,three-dimensional mode,rich media display technology and Web GIS,etc.In this paper,based on the experience of architectural heritage conservation both at home and abroad,the author collect a large amount of data and information about the heritage through participating Compiling of master plan conservation of Chinese Eastern Railway in Heilongjiang Province and the renovation and design of buildings and heritage of Chinese Eastern Railway.As attending the construction project of Database Exhibition Platform of Chinese Eastern Railway in Heilongjiang Province,which is commissioned by Heilongjiang Cultural Department,the platform construction and technology discussion are conducted simultaneously.Until now the construction of database exhibition platform of Chinese Eastern Railway in Heilongjiang Province has been completed.This paper is the summary of construction process of database,which concludes the framework design and realization pattern of technology and discusses the database application.This paper offers the references for the database construction of cultural heritage,especially the architectural complex and linear cultural heritage.
