Reconstruction And Expansion Design Strategy Of Public Space Of Shenzhen General Hospital Based On Streamline Organization

At present,the medical industry in China develops rapidly and hospital modernization continues to increase.In order to cope with the ever-expanding demand for medical treatment,Shenzhen hospitals have began the reconstruction and expansion.At present,a large number of researchers in China have conducted systematic research on hospital building design,such as humanized design and research on hospital reconstruction and expansion strategies starting from the layout of the site.However,the related researches on reconstruction and expansion of hospital public space based on streamline organizations is not enough.Initially,the hospitals are blindly rebuilt to accommodate functional expansion,resulting in fragmentation of public spaces and streamline of patients,reducing the efficiency of medical treatment.The hospital reconstruction and expansion should not only be an update of medical functions,but also seek a more systematic reconstruction and expansion strategy to help establish public order in hospitals.First of all,this paper takes the public space of Shenzhen general hospitals as the main research object.It conducts questionnaire survey and field investigation on the use of hospital public space that has been reconstructed and expanded so far,and analyzes the problems of the streamline organization of outdoor and indoor public space in Shenzhen hospitals.Then,combined with the above problems,this paper analyzes influencing factors of streamline organization of vehicle public space,pedestrian public space,outpatient clinic and medical technology public space and inpatient public space.Also,it presents reconstruction and expansion design principles of hospital public space based on streamline organization,including detailed division of functional space,avoidance of path crossings,and the establishment of short and effective spatial connections.Finally,the article puts forward the reconstruction and expansion design strategies of public space combined with the design principles.In terms of the outdoor vehicle space,according to the characteristics of Shenzhen construction,it proposes to re-plan the entrances and exits of all the streamlines,connect the public transport station and hospital entrances in a three-dimensional manner,build a perfect parking system and use scientific management measures to maintain hospital traffic system in an orderly manner.Reconstruction and expansion design strategies of pedestrian public space are to choose the appropriate form of entrance space and integrate the old and new constructionstreamlines.As for the reconstruction and expansion strategies of outpatient clinic and medical technology public space,it proposes to set up a short and effective patient walking path by perfecting the public space labeling and guiding system,redividing the functional area of the entrance hall,separating each department entrance and improving the reachability of the departments.As for the public space of inpatient department,the paper puts forward the design strategies of integrating and optimizing horizontal the traffic space as well as the vertical traffic space.This paper summarizes the reconstruction and expansion design strategies of public space of Shenzhen hospital based on streamline organization,which provides the basis for the reconstruction and expansion of other hospitals in Shenzhen.
