| Under the background of the era of new rural construction,China is vigorously advancing the construction of rural housing,and the rapid and massive construction of rural housing is imminent.In recent years,with the advantages of rapidity and high quality,the prefabricated building is rapidly developing in China,and the wood-structured building has been rapidly developed due to its great advantages in assembly.In view of the poor quality of rural housing,slow construction speed and high cost of construction,researching the strategy of implementing prefabricated construction in the rural environment in China has important guiding significance for improving the status of rural housing in cold regions and even the status of rural housing in the country.The research object of this paper is rural residential in severe cold area.Through the research and analysis of the current status of rural residential housing in cold regions,combined with the needs of new rural construction in the future,we propose a simplified design strategy for assembly in rural areas.The research content of the thesis mainly includes the following contents.According to the investigation and analysis of the current status of rural dwellings,the problems existing in rural dwellings and the future direction of rural dwellings are summarized.In addition,through the elaboration and analysis of the current existing prefabricated structural systems,the advantages and disadvantages of each system and the best adaptation environment are discussed.The key design links of prefabricated timber construction to the rural environment are proposed in combination with the actual conditions in rural China.According to the key points of the rural prefabricated timber construction design,the optimization design of the building was carried out.Through the extraction and summarization of the traditional structure,the analysis and summarization of the existing enclosing system and the analysis and comparison of the current building construction process,the optimization design method in each stage of the building was proposed.Based on the verification of examples of optimization strategies for each stage,the analysis of the optimized structure in the aspects of factory rate,number of components,component specifications,installation operability,economy,insulation performance,transportability,installation and rapid construction The research will compare and compare the optimized buildings with traditional buildings,and further prove the superiority and feasibility of this optimization strategy in rural areas.The rural residential assembly strategy proposed in this paper has achieved the rapid and high-quality development goals of rural residences,and has contributed to the improvement of rural residential environment,the promotion of new rural construction,and the development of assembly-oriented rural systems.In addition,the proposed strategy has also enriched the structural form and structural system of prefabricated buildings,laying a theoretical and practical foundation for promoting the development of rural dwellings and the practical application of prefabricated buildings in China. |
