In recent years,people's demand for living environment is increasing day by day with the development of China's rural economy,the energy consumption of rural houses is increasing rapidly,and the energy-saving component of rural houses in China's building energy-saving system is also increasing.It is urgent to improve the thermal environment and reduce the energy consumption of rural houses scientifically and rationally.This paper studies the energy conservation of the enclosure structure of rural housing in hengyang area,and discusses the energy conservation strategy of the enclosure structure suitable for the construction of rural housing in hengyang area.The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:Field research hengyang area residential construction model,residential enclosure materials and forms,residential thermal environment and energy consumption status.Due to the weak awareness of energy saving of most residents and the lack of corresponding energy-saving technical guidance in the construction of rural residential buildings,rural residential buildings have great energy saving potential due to the problems of simple structure of agricultural residential buildings,lack of heat preservation and insulation measures,poor thermal performance of agricultural residential buildings,poor thermal environment of agricultural residential buildings and high energy consumption of agricultural residential buildings.Based on the analysis of regional and seasonal adaptability of building energy-saving technology,and the requirements of building energy-saving construction,it is concluded that the building of building should adopt targeted energy-saving technology according to local climate characteristics and resource conditions.In hot summer and cold winter areas,the main measures should be to improve the heat preservation and heat insulation performance of agricultural house enclosure,and rationally use energy-saving measures such as shading,greening and ventilation.Simulating the difference of heat gain and loss and temperature change of typical enclosure structure of Hengyang farm house,and comparing the thermal performance of hollow brick wall,pitched roof and plastic steel hollow window are obviously better than other traditional enclosure structures.The measures of shading and greening can significantly improve the thermal performance of the envelope and the reasonable ventilation can effectively improve the indoor thermal environment of the farm house.Based on the characteristics of the current situation of hengyang farm house,the paper puts forward the energy saving strategy for the envelope structure in Hengyang area.Finally,use energy-plus to simulate the Energy consumption of current common farm buildings and improvement plans,and analyze the differences between the thermal environment and Energy consumption of current common farm buildings and improvement plans.The results showed that the improved scheme had better indoor thermal environment than the common ones at present,and the air conditioning energy consumption of the improved scheme was significantly lower than that of the traditional ones.The annual energy consumption energy saving rate reached 21.6%,with good energy saving benefits.Suitable for hengyang new rural residential construction.
