The thermal comfort of rural housing affects the residents' heat sensation and satisfaction.The main climate characteristics of Hubei province are hot in summer and cold in winter,and the humidity is very high.Most rural houses did not take thermal insulation measures.Therefore,the improvement of indoor thermal comfort is urgent.One purpose of this project is to understand the rural residential housing status in Hubei,and understand the common practices of the rural residential enclosure structure.In this paper,a number of fann houses were selected as samples.The current characteristics of the thermal physical environment in the rural residential areas in Hubei and the strategies to improve the thermal comfort were summed up through the measurement of the thermal physical environment and the statistical analysis of the data.Then,the effect of the enclosure structure on the indoor thermal comfort was further studied through the case study,and the effect of the reconstruction measures applied to the actual construction of the enclosure on the improvement of indoor thermal comfort was verified.The subject would provide theoretical basis and construction experience for the design and transformation of rural residence.The main contents are as follows:First,the article introduced the research strategy of the influence of rural residential envelope on thermal comfort in Hubei.The rural residential buildings and residential culture in Hubei were combed.This paper also introduced the methods and instruments for indoor thermal environment investigation,and the parameter settings of instrument records.The design principles and research results of questionnaire on thermal comfort were expounded.The application process of simulation software Designbuilder and statistical analysis software SPSS was introduced.Secondly,the article further studied the current situation of rural residential envelope and thermal comfort in Hubei,and summarized the existing problems and the direction of improvement.The study selected a number of household farm houses in Hubei,measured the temperature and humidity,analyzed the results of measurement,compared the differences in the enclosure structure of the farm houses,and drawd the following conclusions.The main problem of summer in Hubei was the high indoor temperature,while the main problem in winter was high indoor humidity.The farmhouses in Hubei should pay attention to the sun shading of roofs,walls and windows.The measures of sun shading included the establishment of flower lattice walls,horizontal sun shading,vertical sun shading,and self shading of buildings,etc.The thermal insulation performance of the exterior walls and roofs of the farmhouses in Hubei was not ideal,and the thermal inertia of the walls and roofs should be improved.The measures included:increasing the insulation layer,thickening the wall,and painting the light colored roof.Thirdly,the actual enclosure structure of an experimental farm house in Hubei was reconstructed,and the influence of the reform strategy on the comfort degree of the farm house was studied.In the early stage of transformation,the transformation background of experimental farmhouse was combed,and the microclimate characteristics of Zijinzhuang village were summarized.On this basis,this study measured the thermophysical environment before the transformation of rural housing,and analyzed the problems of indoor thermal environment of farm house.According to the current situation of the thermal comfort of the rural housing,the reform idea of the rural residence was combed.The main reform measures included setting up a sunflower grille wall and adding a layer of wall or thermal insulation mortar on the basis of retaining the original wall.Finally,the study measured the thermal physical environment after the transformation of the experimental farmhouse and analyzed the measurement results.Comparing the thennal physical enviromment data and the energy consumption simulation results before and after the transformation,it was found that the transformation of the enclosure structure optimizes the thermal physical properties of the farm house.In this study,the thermal adaptability model was also discussed,and the comfort temperature and the outdoor average temperature were linear regression,and the thennal comfort adaptation model of Hubei was obtained.Combined with the full text analysis,the main conclusions of this paper were as follows:(1)The indoor thermal physical environment of rural houses in Hubei was not ideal.The indoor temperature of main rooms in summer was too high and the average temperature was near or over 30?.The humidity in main rooms in winter was too high and the average relative humidity was above 60%.(2)The optimization of the envelope structure and the adaptive adjustment behavior of residents could improve the indoor comfort.The reconstruction strategies of the enclosure included:adding sun rooms or planting deciduous trees,increasing air tightness of doors and windows,thickening wall,painting thermal insulation mortar,setting double deck roofing,etc.Residents' adaptive adjustment behaviors included opening doors and windows in summer,closing doors and windows during the day,opening up shading facilities in summer and closing them at night.The opposite mode of behavior should be adopted in winter.(3)A 120mm-thick brick wall was added to the outer side of an experimental farm,and the themal insulation mortar was painted on the East and west side.It was found that the coefficient of regression equation between indoor temperature and outdoor temperature is about half of that before transformation.(4)The external surface temperature of the enclosure structure of the experimental farmhouse was measured.It was found that the material properties and wall orientation of the wall were the main factors affecting the radiation heat gain of the wall.In summer,the former was more influential than the latter,it was the opposite in winter.(5)The energy consumption was simulated by DesignBuilder software before and after the transformation,and it was found that the energy consumption of the farm house was reduced from 10983.80kw.h to 10106.60kw.h after the transformation,which was 7.99%less than that before the transformation.(6)The linear regression between the comfort temperature of the fann house and the daily average outdoor temperature in Hubei was carried out and the thermal comfort adaptation model was obtained:TC=0.36Tw+12.3(TC is indoor comfortable temperature,Tw is the average outdoor temperature).
