In many natural disasters flood disaster is a kind of serious impact on human impact and harm.Since the twentieth century,the natural system of global warming and the modern human economic and social activities dominated by urbanization have had a great impact on the natural disaster system,especially the flood disaster.And the dam-break flood as a major form of flood disaster on human impact and harm is very large.Dams or other retaining buildings,water bodies suddenly burst,the occurrence of water leakage caused by the flood called the dam flood.Once the collapse occurs,will be in a relatively short period of time on the downstream area to form a strong impact and damage,may lead to serious loss of life and property,especially for the rivers near the city,the embankment after the formation of the collapse of the flood Resulting in great losses,so the use of dam simulation analysis of evolution is particularly important.Damage is a low-frequency,high-risk disaster,so the dam's ruggedness and stability are very important.Many dams cited design or improper construction,there are dangerous risks,in the development of a certain degree of danger may have a dam.The dam reinforcement,additional spillway,buried monitoring equipment and other engineering measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of dam break.However,the quality of the dam is difficult to completely eliminate,there are many force majeure factors will have an impact on the dam.Therefore,in order to reduce the loss after the dam,in addition to the implementation of engineering measures,but also need to take non-engineering measures,and dam flood flooding evolution simulation system research is very meaningful.By flooding the flood simulation system,it is possible to know the areas that may be flooded downstream of the dam.This is a considerable help for the immediate development of flood control plans for humans.This paper first analyzes the composition of the cellular automata and the design of the transformation rules of the cellular states,the advantages of the cellular automata model and the application in all aspects,and analyzes the data needed for the evolution of the dam break and several Model,the analysis and calculation of the flood frequency are introduced,and the design process and principle of the simulation model of dam flood flooding are discussed emphatically.Using the Visual Studio 2010.NET and ArcEngine as the tools,the cellular automata model,the flood frequency calculation and the dam-break model are combined to obtain the dam-flood flooding evolution calculation model,and the dam-break flood evolution process is demonstrated by visualization.Through the pre-processing data of ArcGIS,the Caidian area of Wuhan City was selected as the experimental area,and the ideal experimental results were obtained.
