JT company is specialized in highway repair services related to the company.JT company developed earlier,but the enterprise internal performance system management is not very mature,especially the company for each subordinate service sites are to take private way to join the contract,no clear Performance management assessment system,leading to the company headquarters of the service site control is weak.Therefore,The internal performance management to improve and improve the level of staff performance level has important practical significance.In this thesis,JT company as an example,the use of balanced scorecard and key performance indicators combined method of JT’s management performance issues were studied.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of human resource management in JT Company and finds out the problems existing in JT’s performance management.Secondly,according in the situation actual in JT’s management performance,the Balanced Scorecard is used to decompose the strategic objectives from the financial point of view,the internal angle of the firm,the customer’s perspective and the learning growth,and then determine the performance evaluation index and weight.Again,JT company to take the job design clarity,assessment cycle flexibility,scientific evaluation of evaluation methods,performance feedback normalization of the four measures to implement the performance appraisal program.Finally,by strengthening the organization and leadership,to promote full participation,to carry out training and communication,to enhance the way employees to encourage the smooth implementation of performance management system.In this thesis,JT company performance management research,to build a complete performance management system,through this study,to improve and enhance the JT company employees and site staff performance,increase the company’s industry competitiveness,while China’s high-speed service steam Reference and Reference for in the Industry Decision Making of Human Resource Management Performance.
