| In recent years,the national railway has been continuously speeding up,the highspeed railway network has been gradually improved,and the competition between the public and railway has become increasingly fierce;The popularity of private cars and other factors are squeezing the passenger transport market more and more seriously.The reform and reorganization of the management system of state-owned enterprises has also brought external opportunities for Z automobile transportation company to break through the obstacles of development,integrate and optimize resources,expand its core advantages,and realize the transformation and sustainable development.The performance management of Z company selected in this paper is relatively simple and extensive.Improper internal performance appraisal leads to insufficient development and utilization of employees’ potential.The enterprise has not implemented performance management from a strategic height.The current performance management mode can not adapt to and meet the needs of enterprise development.It has become an urgent problem for enterprises to use the means of performance management to achieve the grand goal of strategic development.Based on the current development situation of Z Motor Company,this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the internal and external environment and advantages and disadvantages of the development of the company,and briefly analyzes and determines the strategy of Z Motor Company seeking transformation and sustainable development.Relying on the achievements of performance management theory at home and abroad,this paper adopts the methods of Literature Research,questionnaire survey and field survey to analyze and summarize the current situation and problems of company performance management.Combining with the key index method(KPI),this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing the enterprise performance management system with the balanced scorecard(BSC),aiming at realizing the high consistency of the enterprise strategic goal,the task index of the department and the individual position index.On this basis,I try to use 360-degree performance evaluation method as a performance evaluation tool to design a more reasonable and scientific assessment framework,so as to improve the effectiveness of performance management,help the implementation of key indicators at all levels in line with the strategic objectives of the enterprise,and make the performance management system structure of the company more perfect.More targeted performance management scheme optimization and adjustment of solves the Z trucks company performance indicators of the existence of the design is not science,inadequate use of unreasonable and the enterprise development strategic objective human resources performance management bottleneck problems such as insufficient intensity,with a more scientific performance management system booster enterprises to actively to meet the fierce market competition.In this paper,based on the Study of the relevant literature at home and abroad,the use of performance management theory and methods,highlighting the strategic direction,through optimizing the performance management system to constantly enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises,power enterprises in the more open and fierce market environment and continue to achieve higher quality development.This paper can be used as a reference case for the study of performance management theory,as well as a reference for service-oriented enterprises with similar development background.At the same time,it can also provide the basis for relevant government departments to formulate industry planning and policy. |
