| With the fierce competition in the market and the impact of multinational companies,many domestic enterprises in China are facing greater challenges,many of which are due to the implementation of the problem.Facts tell us that many of China’s enterprises are not without the system,nor is it not a plan,but not without strategy and talent,but many things can’t be firmly and thoroughly implemented.For a successful enterprise,we can easily be attributed to the success of the strategy,the great CEO,but if we can see the essence through the phenomenon,in fact,it is due to the success of the execution and the accumulation of experience.Therefore,for the majority of Chinese enterprises,the strategy is naturally very important,but the execution is the bottleneck of the development of many enterprises.Strategic objectives,business model can be copied,and the execution is difficult to imitate,so the execution is the magic weapon in the process of winning the competition.This thesis first described the purpose and significance of the research,summarized the related research status at home and abroad and made a brief review,introduced the research content and research methods.Secondly,it defined the basic concepts of the execution and the basic low-managers,and on the basis of the relevant research results,this thesis introduced the theory of performance management and the theory of competence,which laid the theoretical foundation for this paper.Again it interviewed the managers and workers in J company and the scale and index of the questionnaire were specified.Then,the questionnaire was formed.The reasons of low-managers execution is not high embodied in four aspects: lack of clear target the plan,lack of management capacity,lack of effective supervision and control mechanism,imperfect evaluation system and incentive mechanism.In order to solve these problems,this paper put forward some measures to improve the execution of the low-managers from the respective of performance management.In order to enhance the execution of low-managers of J company,and analysis the development of the performance appraisal plan,performance feedback and interview,application of performance appraisal results,making the performance improvement plan the construction of performance management system from the aspects of work.The execution of this study is to enhance the basic management of J company,based on the analysis of the execution,starting from the performance management system construction,puts forward the path to improve J company’s execution,which can effectively solve the problem of execution,and be a reference for the same type of business. |
